Hi, my name is Katie. I am a mother of 2 beautiful little girls, a wife and a certified Sleep Sense™ consultant. When our oldest daughter, Ava, was born, nearly 3 years ago, I had no idea just how important sleep was. Five months in to the wonderful world of motherhood, I was exhausted and emotional due to sleep deprivation. After many sleepless nights I decided enough was enough and that it was time to teach our daughter the skills she needed to fall asleep on her own. Just three nights after implementing the Sleep Sense™ program, our daughter was sleeping 11 hours straight through the night. It was a MIRACLE! When our youngest daughter, Ella, was born we knew from the moment we brought her home from the hospital that we wanted to start her off on the right foot when it came to healthy sleep habits. We began to lay the foundation for teaching her to fall asleep on her own and after 8 short weeks of coming in to this world Ella was sleeping through the night! I’ve undergone a comprehensive training and mentoring program with Dana Obleman (the creator of the Sleep Sense™ program), which has given me the very best tools and knowledge available to help you get your little one sleeping through the night. Sleep is a necessity for both parents and children and my mission is to get families sleeping better. A well-rested child is a happier, healthier child. And a well-rested parent is healthier and happier too! I live in Saskatchewan and work with families all over the world.
